New Here!
Hello everybody! I am starting my first planted tank so I figured I would join this forum. I got a 20g Long tonight from Petco, just in time to take advantage of their dollar per gallon sale. I also picked up a Aqueon Filter rated up to 45 gallons, a nice heater, fish flakes, Prime, a Mag-Float, test strips, and a net. I think that is everything! I plan on ordering my lighting, and anything else I need online.
As far as substrate, I am going to be using Eco Complete. I am also going to do a fish-in cycle, with lots of plants and PWCs  Speaking of lighting, I am leaning towards Ecoexotic's Planted Tank Fixture, what do you guys think of that one? I know pretty much nothing about plants, and not a whole ton about FW fish, so a lot of this is fairly new to me. Thanks a lot for reading! |
