i never have good luck with cherrys. my yellows are like roaches you cant kill them lol and my oranges seem to be pretty hardy but i lost most of them in march and think it was due to water treatment plant over treating water cause tornadows whiped out some towns in indiana pretty close to us and lost most of them then along with my oebt. but the 2 i have left seem to be good

Fire Yellows would have looked perfect in the low tech moss tank with limestone hardscape I have in mind but they don't seem hardy enough. I'm not even sure about pumpkins now. I'm adding frogs or I'd consider a CPO.

How robust are the blues and snowballs?

My dwarf frogs were fine with ghost shrimp. Of course they died like ghost shrimp do and then they ate them. I did see them try and get baby cherries before when I used to have them together and started a tank but never sure if they actually got one or not, they just tried. lol.
