I actually had to go out out of town unexpectedly for a week. Left there sponge filter off and came home to hundreds of eggs. The larvae must have been eaten I'm gonna pull some this time and see what we get

The white dots are eggs, and that's just one of many java ferns covered with them

I pulled like 10 eggs and have them in a floating Tupperware with hundreds of holes and they all are changing. U can see eyes in one of th eggs. Hoping to have some survive in the Tupperware

Yeah it is. Hopefully i can grow some out, $50 a pop for unsexed and $75 a pop for sexed. And to think i didnt want my girl buying these. I might be in the newt business here soon. Hahahah

No not much going on with them, they are shedding so they are just laying low. Fed some earthworms today and they only ate one each.
