Blyxa japonica not doing well


i have some blyxa japonica not doing well getting established.

29g
t5 HO 10k/colormax 10ish hours a day
pressurized CO2 3ish bbs - green drop checker
fluorite substrate with natural gravel top layer
ph 7.4
nitrates 12.5 ppm
gh 22 (kinda high)
kh 16
keep the heat around 76F

ferts
just started flourish today. had been using flourapride until i got my hands on the flourish.
i have also been treating with excel 1.5 dose after 50% weekly water change to help fight evil hair algae and gsa.

inhabitants
13 rasboras
4 oto's
4 serpaes
1 dwarf gouramis
4 white clouds

please advise

+1 to root tabs. I put one directlyunder mine and the do well. When the start to do not so well it's time for a new tab.

Bylxa doesn't like being moved around and change in conditions as these will cause it to melt. It happens almost everytime so just give it some time and they should bounce back.
