In my 125 I've got cories, cardinal tetras, neons, harlequin rasboras, guppies and zebra danios and probably 500 cherry shrimp and 3 Amano shrimp, who could care less about the fish. They are out and about at all hours and everywhere. If the fish are eating the babies, I'd never know about it since I never have any population reduction. The cories go right into the food piles where the shrimp are and the shrimp even climb on them. I've never even seen a fish go after one of my shrimp.

My PFR show NO fear in a 20G High with 15 CPD's.
They walk out in the open, swim right past the fish, no fear.

100% shrimp safe fish = ottos. Shrimp will be very active and swimming out in the open.
I've had success with shrimp and mosquito rasboras, as well as panda platties. But I definitely wouldn't say those are 100% safe.
