Hey ya'll..new member..long time lurker. been over at the AA forum for quite awhile, thought I would "expand" my views and knowledge a bit more. I wanted to throw a pic of my tank up and hopefully get some input and thoughts....
Looks to me like you've done an excellent job so far, and I commend you.
You have to like your own design, and I presume you do.
I've no specific comments, since all of us have our own perceptions of what looks good & right, & one really shouldn't want, or need to meddle with that. All I can suggest is that you continue to tweek it, to get the effect that you think looks better as time goes on.
One of the more important things that you have is a crisp, clean, clear look of your tank - keep it that way. Congrats on a job well done.
Hey, thanks for the compliments..the Picture doesn't quite do it justice, but they never do
I have had the tank running since August but recently changed it up quite a bit last month. As far as the plants go...Java fern, java moss, peackock moss, flame moss, DHG, ludwigia repens, crypts, hygophilia, water sprite, combaba, money wort, I'm sure there is a few more... most I cant pronounce much less spell....
It is a very ...addictive hobby..I do enjoy it though...
Really good looking and will look fantastic when it grows in. You say it's been running since Aug and yet the foreground plants don't look like they have filled in very much. Is that because you recently scaped them? Is this a high tech set up?:bounce:
Off to a nice start. Looking forward to see it fill out.
