Deciding What To Feed

So, I've been thinking what to feed my community. Right now I feed the occasional block of mysis shrimp as a treat, and then algae disks for my cats/otos/molly, and NLS pellets for my tetras/rams. I'm not really sure if I'm digging the sinking pellets. Lots seem to go to the bottom feeders, and floating pellets are only eaten by the tetras.

Maybe I should try yarn suspended repashy? Suggestions?
