What affect can happen, when using a High Lighting tank with low light type plants??? Do I have to seperate the two different plant types? What could happen to plants considered low light when exposed to very bright lighting?
They will grow faster, have more color, and grow a lot more compact.
Java Ferns and Anubias can be kept in really hi-light setups, as can crypts and sag and any other lower light plant you can think of. Hi-light, co2, and proper nutrients are like steroids to any plant growth.
Also... Might have algae build up the slower growing plants like anubias and some crypts.
