Where to plant stems?

I need help with determining where to plant the following:

10 Stems of Bacopa Colorata
10 Stems of Repens x Arcuata
15 Stems of S. Repens
5 Stems of Lobelia Cardnalis "Dwarf"
Attached you will find a picture of the hardscape, minus the plants.

Let me know where you think i should plant the stems

Bacopa on the back right and repens x arcuata on the back left of the wood. S repens on and just in front of the big knot in the wood in the front right and the cardinal plant under the branch sticking out to the left.

One item of note is that the Lobelia cardinalis is not a true aquatic plant. I know it's often sold in the big box stores as an aquatic, but it isn't. See link below for more information.
