My first few batches didn't either. I think you need a really mature tank setup for Cardina's especially. Some things just take time in establish in there to make it ideal.
Congrats though, I just saw 4-5 little babies around so I know another one just dropped a few days ago, once it gets going and you figure out what works for YOU, keep it stable. I see another berried one with the eggs changing from dark to light, so I know she is about ready to drop any day too.
Thanks Han! I see about 10 babies. out of the 10, I think I see only 3 or 4 SSS grade. but they are all cool looking! I personally like the candy cane look more
this isnt the first batch. the first batch disappeared. my OEBT's might have had babies. the tank is too big to see the babies. Blue Rili babies are almost adult size. I have maybe 40 now
Here's about a 2 day old baby and a female ready to pop her eggs any day. It's so neat seeing little babies around and even more cool when you see them again as they grow up. lol.
That photo is too cute. It's like mommy taking babie for a walk. I love it. Good job. I can't wait for berried mom to drop babies. I got a few weeks to go.
Nice! How are the blue rili's looking now? Does the F1 generation actually look like rili's instead of blue pearls? I remember the babies looked promising but are they any better older?
