New to lighting for shrimp tank

I'm thinking of starting a 10 gal tank for shrimps, and I want to keep easy-to-care for plants. Nothing difficult to keep.

What kind of light should I buy? And where should I get it?

I currently have a

Aquatraders.com.... Their lighting will be good enough and you can't beat the price
