55g (220Ltr) planted tank pics (56k warning)

55g planted tank has been set up for 4 months but tank has been running for 2 years. The canopy, lights, tank, stand, I have built myself. I have also built a few that I have sold. I'm pretty happy will the end result.

Now read this about posting photos http://www.plantedtank.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=525 and do me a favor bud, remove them photos, resize them , and then repost them...

What do you use for the DIY lighting are they made for aquarium use?

the light bulbs are for aquarium use but the light fixtures are from Home Depot I got the plants at the LPS

Vfish I got them at Big Al's on Kennedy Rd they get a new plant shipment every other Tuesday. They have around 10 55g tanks full of almost any plant you want. If they dont have it they will try and get it for you. What plants are you looking to buy?

i've been looking for microsporum peteropus windelow so have been asking all the Torontonians on the board where they get there plants in hope of finding a new place, now that i know when they get there shipments i can plan when to go because i usually go on the weekend and they're picked clean

Just over 2 watts per gallon, 30g planted semi-aquatic Newt and Toad tank, 20g African Cichlid tank and a 2g Nano
