Help! Strange growth on my CPD

This strange growth appeared on my CPD almost overnight. It must have appeared very recently. Any idea what it is and how I can treat it? This is the one with the best coloration and I would really like to save him. Thanks.

That is weird. It looks like it is under the skin, so it might be a parasite.
I would isolate him from the other fish just to be sure...
Hopefully LL will chime in here. She seems knowledgeable in the field, like what kind of meds to use, and what it actually is. I'm just guessing.

Hard to tell. Maybe Columnaris?

I would isolate and treat with Pimfix and Melafix. Methylene Blue might helpt too. Good Luck.
