Mortgage questions?

Hello fellow Minnesotans!

I have been a Mortgage Loan Officer for over 5 years. I own a small brokerage in the Twin Cities.

With rates as low as they are I am getting a lot of business again as Refinancing picks up and first time home buyers are coming out of the wood work.

If you have any questions about a refinance, or a purchase please feel free to contact me. I am happy to answer any questions even if it is not on a mortgage that I am writing. I am also very familiar with the first time home buyer tax credit that is good till the middle of this year.

Hey man I too havent been on for ages. Probobly since when we tried to get the local meet and swap here in the cities. I too need adivce about refi soon. PMing you for info
