lights too bright?
On my 5.5 gallon I put a 23 watt screw in compact light and it is really bright I was wondering if it is two bright for the fish in it? 2 apistogramma borelli(witch have wigglers
) any feed back would be great. thanks.

Are these real?
|
The spiral shaped CF lights loose a lot of light due to restrike, so it shouldn't be a problem.
If it seems overly bright, you could add some floating plants, like Ceradopteris, Salvinia, etc to make your fish feel more comfortable.
