do you guys exercise enough? i get pretty bummed when i don't do much exercise, but it goes away as soon as i kick my ass a bit.

I don't drive, so I walk everywhere.. I swim, lift weights, hit the bag around every now and again, hike... Excersise doesnt make a difference.

No eh? That's too bad. After I climb for an hour and come down the trails, I find I always come home happier. Mmmm endorphins.

Endorphines fuel the mania... That part of the problem... My endorphones and adrenaline fire for no reason at all sometimes

I actually have a gym membership, and I try to get there at least 4 times a week. I totally agree with you though, without being active, I'd be a lot worse... When I get home from the gym, I'm generally in a better mood. I does, however, wear off fast. Oh well, I still try

I suffer from slightly different problems than Gareth though, so I can understand it not helping him.

Gareth - I see what you mean. I am not an expert in the matter by any means. I can only tell people what I found works for me.

cich - I can't do the gym. Mountain biking on the shore is where I get my exercise and adrenaline rush. I find after a good ride, I am pumped for the rest of the night.
