Anyone have any suggestions? My UV sterilizer is pretty heavy and so is the pvc piping for the co2 reactor. If I attach both of them to my outtake tubing, I'm afraid the spray bar won't even hold inside my tank. What are some of the setups you guys have?

Do you mean you're gonna let the UV ster. and reactor dangling on the output tubing? You should have them attached to your stand or cabinet so they don't add weight to the tubing.

co2 reactors work better with the out-flow pipe so you could put the diffuser on one and the UV on the other

Whew, this was a long time ago... I followed a suggestion and bolted my UV sterilizer to my stand and ran my ouflow through the sterilizer. I scratched the idea of the external CO2 reactor since I was getting frustrated (Lowe's didn't have all the parts) so I went with a Rio powered reactor.

My UV stgerilizer was designed to be HOB so it already had a hook. I mounted a plastic rain gutter bracket to my stand and hang the sterilizer off of that.

For my reactor (which is made out of 2" PVC) I used another plastic rain gutter bracket. This one is for mounting the downspouts, I think...

Doesn't running it inline with the canister outflow create gph that are to fast for both the reactor and uV? I have a y adapter on the outflow of my canister filter that feeds the UV and reactor separately with a ball valve. That way I can adjust the flow way down so that the Co2 gets real saturated and the UV kills everything.
