Pendant Size

Ok,

So I am considering purchasing a Halide T5 combo pendant. I have a couple of options. The question is size in relationship to the tank. I am a form and function guy. But I am having a hard time visualizing it.

The pendants are made by http://www.sfiligoi.it. They have a distributor here in the the US. The three that I am models I am considering is a Zenith or a stealth.

This is centimeters..

Tank= 90 x 45 x 45
Zenith = 1x150 HQI + T5 = 61 x 33 x 8
Zenith = 2x70 HQI + T5 = 121 x 38 x 8

Stealth = 2x70 HQI + T5 = 121 x 50 x 8

The Stealth is over kill. It has more T5's than I will need. Can the T5's work if they are not all inserted? I also think it will look gooofy being larger than the tank.

I think the 2x70 hqi stealth is the way to go.

isn't the 2x70 bigger than your tank too? Having it stick out is going to look silly....

yup about six inches on either side. It would be suspended so I am not sure how that will look in terms of proportions, but what interests me about the 2 x 70 is the light will be spread more evenly.
