Depends on your needs? PAR values for the light is on the Current USA website.

Good, solid low light for plants.

Hi all - I'm trying to carpet HC (dwarf tears) in a 55 gallon. 20" tall, 18" to substrate.

I already have one Sat+. Will two allow them to carpet along with a CO2 system? Or do I need to go with another light?

Default 90 gallon - 24" tall x 48" long x 18" deep

I have the 48-60" sat + for my 90g. Is this enough? It's a pretty deep tank and my plants aren't doing great...I'm new to aquariums and have been adding flourish and flourish excel and tabs and flourite substrate...could the light be my problem? Even my amazon swords aren't liking me.

You should run dual to get better growth. Although, a sword is a low light tolerant plant. Do you have root tabs under them? They are heavy root feeders. Also, by adding a carbon source like excel or glut will help.
