Funny, I was just going to post about this- thanks. Here's my info:

The OVAS, based in Rutland, Vermont is having their annual tropical fish, plant and dry goods auction this year on Sunday, May 18th. It will be held at the Holiday Inn on route 7 in Rutland and starts at noon. Viewing starts at 9:30 AM. We have gotten many generous donations this year from such sponsors as Central Aquatics (items from Aqueon, Coralife, Kent, Oceanic, Zilla) , Mellow Aquatics (breeders of high quality angel fish) and fish from the Cichlid Exchange generously donated by The Lebanon Pet Center in Lebanon, NH. I will be bringing some of my Electric Blue Acaras. We are also hosting a People's Choice Bowl Show with prizes of $100, $75 and $50 for first, second and third place fish. Details/rules/auction registration forms can be found at: ovasociety.com

Hope to see some New Englanders there!

Oh boy. Only 2 1/2 hours away too. Hmm, guess I need a weekend getaway.

The angels from Mellow Aquatics came in and they are really nice. They would be a great addition to a breeding program:

Black Velvet Q
Silver Clown with dorsal green N
All Orange Koi N
Blue Lite Marble Zebra Platinum Veil D
Orange Koi Veil 85% orange N
Orange Marbled Silver Veil N
Crowned Chocolate Veil N
Blue Lite Marble Platinum N
Blue Blushing Platinum N

Q stands for quarter size
N stands for nickel
D stands for dime

The killies, LF Panda Corys and plecos from The Cichlid Exchange are looking great too--
