i baught 4 tetras from my local LFS.. i dont know whatthey are, i tried to take a pic but the buggers wont swin to this end of the tank
all i really want is a species ID there tetras and are more slimline than Cardinals, and have all clear body with a hint of UV blue at the tip of there tail. the Anal fin is more like a blackwidow tetra, kite like but the fish still apperes to be streamlines like a cardinal. they also have what looks like a dark stripe from the begining of the anal fin to the tail. but i dont think this is a distunguishing mark as its not really a think colour more the insides of the fish making the dark. i just wanna know what they are. ive named them glass tetras for the mo thanks

Sounds a bit like a Buenos Aires Tetra. Does it have a bit of red near the tail also?
