Modding the led bulb on the din connector circuit.


I'm going to change the red led on the din connector circuit to blue or purple. Is this a 3mm or 5mm led? It's hard to tell. Yeah another useless idea from me :-)

It doesn't look like 1/2 a cm to me so it must be 3mm.

I like green.

did you just solder a new led onto the pcb?

nice work though! I'd actually just use plain old white LED's :P
where do you even get din connectors for your burkerts?

They are really small to work with and too much heat will burn the bulb. Some guy named Bettatail showed me where to get these din connectors.

maybe when i run across a lot of burkert solenoids one day... LOL
