Default Ich in a planted tank.

I have a planted 29g that has been going strong since Oct. I recently added some Black Tetras to the tank (in additon to present occupants). Almost a week later (today) I notice that my Tetras has white spots. I assume this is Ich.

My question is, how do I treat the Ich without killing or damaging my plants??

I know I should have used a quarentine tank, and I certainly will get one for future additions, but I need to deal with this problem now.

Any help would be greatly apprecitated.
