is it possible to use those tiny clay pebbles used for growing soils plants be any good as a pre substrate, i would remove all my sand and place this in instead. i would like to use this a lower substrate but fear it will do damage...

Are these real?

Great stuff. If I remember well, it is very light. Unless you want to create an upside down landscape, it isn't recommended. I could be wrong though.
