Swagelok M series: how bad is the fine adjustment?

Just how much control does this metering valve allow? At full open, it allows Cv=0.03. But at 2 turns, it allows ~ Cv=0.005. How much of a pain will it be to adjust the flow rate?

Depending on psi, you've got about a 1/4 turn I think. (it's been awhile)

1/4 turn from 0 to how many bps? Or do you mean that's as much adjustment that is required for our use?

Like I said, it's been a while. You don't have a whole lot of adjustment in terms of from closed to too much. It's usable but not a lot of fine adjustment. A fabco nv55 is a little bit better.
