Got a sample from my fish store today. How good is it?

It's pretty good stuff. I can't say it does wonders though. I breed angels in a big way and use it to add some variety to the diet so that they don't "get stuck" on one food. It can be messy in terms of clouding the water. So I woulld feed it right before water changes or where filtration is up to speed. I won't say I prepared it perfectly though. In looking back at it, I don't think I'll be using it after this batch is done. There's plenty of DIY recipes out there and it's a good project during the cold weather months.
