Help with DIY Marineland C-360 SprayBar

I have search youtube, read threads, and yet I cant find any specifics on the build of a spraybar for a Marineland C-360 canister filter.

Although I am planning a HUGE rescape of the whole tank, this spraybar is essential to the health of my tank. As I am having large deadspots in the tank with almost zero flow.

specifics on items needed, hole size, or pretty much anything that will be needed is appreciated.

Security Question
While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, John and his friend Sally both spotted a dalmatian inside of a truck with sirens. The animal with John and Sally is a _ _ _?
