Jumpers for open top planted tank?

Will kribs, Harlequin tetras, and cories or SAEs jump out of a non covered planted tank?

I want to have the plants grow out of the water so I was just wondering.

i doubt it...if its that much of a concern, lower the water level

I don't think there are concerns for the fishes you name.

There is always a chance that they may jump.

Would it be safer if I put a little ledge reaching into the center or the aquarium from the top rim? So if the fish tries to jump from near the sides of the tank they wont be able to. I heard that cories swim up and down the sides of the tank and sometimes leave the water.
