FugeRAY - Running white + moonlights together?

For those of you who have Finnex FugeRAY's (or any LEDs for that matter) that have both the white's and the blue "moonlights", do you generally have both turned on at the same time, or run them differently? Just trying to determine if there is any benefit of having both types of lights running concurrently? I have a 30" FugeRAY on my 29 gallon but do not run the moonlights and was curious as to its application/purpose, other than to have a blue illumination during the night time.

I always run then together.

I like the way the greens look with the blue lights on.

I run them together too. The whites alone makes the tank look very washed out.

ditto! All lights on, I even hacked up my stock Spec V light to force the blues and whites on together.

Thanks for the suggestion, everyone! I'm now running my FugeRay with both lights turned on. I have to say it does look a little better and less "washed out" as devilduck mentioned.

lol I never knew you could turn both the whites and moonlight LED on simultaneously. I'm gonna try that tomorrow.
