Lighting Question: Aquasun Zoomed T5 HO

I had a question about Zoomeds T5 dual HO that i found off Amazon.

heres the link
Amazon.com: Zoo Med AquaSun T5-HO Double Light Linear Fluorescent Hood, 30-Inch: Pet Supplies Amazon.com: Zoo Med AquaSun T5-HO Double Light Linear Fluorescent Hood, 30-Inch: Pet Supplies

I was wondering if this light would be able to sustain a high tech aquarium with CO2 injection?

Im doing a 20 gal long (30x12x12) planted aquarium.

Would the light fixture be a good way to go?

thanks everyone.

I have the same fixture and am not too happy. The bulbs are 22" long leaving the edges dim if you are looking for high light it's difficult to get even spread.
