Drop Checker

I'm new to pressurized co2, yesterday was the first day I ran my pressurized system..Thanks Bettatail, Oldpunk, Kevmo, and others! Anyhow I put a drop checker into the tank, fluid was blue, turned green, great right? No...Turns out it stayed green all night long. Do drop checkers normally change back to blue overnight? I know I had to off gas all the co2 in the tank, I pointed my powerhead upright so the ripple was huge. I know plants and the critters in the tank were producing co2 all night but I wouldn't think that would cause the drop checker to stay green.

Security Question
While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, John and his friend Sally both spotted a dalmatian inside of a truck with sirens. The animal with John and Sally is a _ _ _?
