Tropica substrate in the US?

I really want to use the Tropical substrate under Black Diamond in my new tank. My issue is trying to find some! I found some in the UK, but shipping to the States was outrageous. 3 liters was going to be just over $100 shipped!

Has anyone seen this for sale in the US? I see Big Al's carries the fertilizers, but that's it.

Thanks!

I think I can accomplish the same thing for much cheaper with some laterite and some peat granules. I can get these at PetsMart or Petco too. I understand that it won't take much, I just want to jump start the substrate.

I was also planning on putting some Flourish tabs under it as well.
