Excellent job on this tank! It's beautiful! You really did a fantastic job of capturing the spirit of that beach, and even if you didn't know the inspiration, it's still wonderful.

I've been struck with inspiration for a new scape on this one. Also with an80T blackwater tank underway for the angels, I robbed this tank of the wood. Just basically keeping this one maintained for now. Once the blackwater tank and a few other things are going/moved around, this scape is history! Lol

I'm happy with what I achieved with it in only 60+ days, and I just can't get this new scape idea out of my head so I have to build it. It will be another scape using my family home of the big island as inspiration.

Probably take about a month before i get it going, but you know I'll keep you in the loop!

Tank as of a few minutes ago..

Please let it go jungle for a few weeks! Would look nice with those stems all bushed out.

Leg it go jungle, just for you Dan.

But now I'm changing things up a bit, big hack last weekend. Letting things rest this week, somewhat of a replant coming probably next week. Farm tank is getting full.

Have not made a build thread for it on TPT yet. Usually I post after they are filled and established. But since your asking I'm guessing you have seen it on the other forum already!

What's your username over there?

What made you move the Co2 diffusor from day one to day sixty two? Did your Co2 run constantly or with the lights our on it's own timer?

Threads Dead, the thread is dead...

No seriously I'm going to start a new thread for the rescape soon.

James, I moved it around trying to find the best flow as the plants grew. When it bushed out, placing it under the outputs seemed to work better than the location it was originally in.

Yeeeeeah Big island! Gorgeous tank and I agree that you certainly nailed your inspiration. Just glad you weren't trying to capture the break wall in Hilo bay.
