I got a "kliener prinz" sword that's awesome. However, I don't think its really the kliener as it doesn't match the description. No matter, its the centerpiece of my tank now.

I really didn't meet anyone while there but had a good time anyway

I have a couple kliener prinz. swords. The submerged form does not look anything like the emersed form. Florida aquatic grows all of the plants out of water, so it will take some time to convert to submerged life.

So you were the one that got it good plant!

I have been trying to figure out what do with all the plants I bought yesterday and the truth is I now have too many plants! Which of course must mean I need another tank! If anyone is interested in trading this week I have extra R.wallichii. and pogostemon helferi.

Is it a bad idea to submerge the Kliener right away?

Nope, just cut the leaves off you don't want, and plant the sucker lol trim back the roots a little bit to encourage root growth. With swords its a good idea to have a root tab right under it, it will encourage roots as well.

I think I took about 3/4 of the Franz Stoffels leaves off lol. I left about 3-4 of the shortest ones, they are going to die off after a while anyway.

Default Next event?

Anyone have any idea when the next event will be? I'm fairly new to the area and I'm setting up an 80-gallon tank right now. Hope to have it ready for plants mid/late November. I've been doing a lot of searching online for plant suppliers, but I'd MUCH rather get them from other aquarists.
