anywhere between 0.5 to 1 gram is fine for both when making 500ml solution, you can increase them if you are trying to make a highly consecrated solution. i made a DTPA Fe solution which stated fresh for one full year before finishing the bottle.

funny conclusion:
Today I realized I can't keep my REAL macro nutrients in the fridge because of the low temperature, the powder crystallizes lol :|
