Question Condensation on cover.. effect lighting?

Don't know if this should be in lighting or equipment forum..
SO I have a "55" gallon set up and cycling with canister filter and Lexan polycarbinate (plexiglass) clear covers. I haven't put on the lights yet, (waiting for plants to arrive) but I notice a lot of condensation build up on the underside of the 'hood' (plexiglass covers). I cleared it off yesterday but it built back up over night. I'm not sure if this will effect light intensity? Should I lower my water level and spray bar another inch or two?
