Water Flow with Wetdry

So I was hoping people would give me their opinions on this.
I have a 36 gallon bow front heavily planted with some co2 sensitive plants. I recently installed a diy intank reactor. it is fed co2 through my wetdry pump. Basically the pump chops up the bubbles into very very small bubbles which it feeds into my tank. The reactor doesnt really collect any bubbles, it kinda just spins the already very small bubbles around to make them smaller and mists them into the tank at a very slow rate. The plants seem to love this. I have the reactor/ return hose on the opposite side of the overflow to increase water movement but, the result im getting is a very low flow in my tank with a very fine mist of co2 bubbles much finer than my old diffuser or through my powerhead.

Is this low flow rate through my tank going to have any negative effects?

keep in mind. i have a overflow/wetdry which aerates the water pretty well so i wouldnt think i would need any surface agitation.
I have a powerhead in their now to keep up flow but i dont like it taking up room and beauty in my tank and i was hoping i could take it out.
