Tiger Shrimp Playground: A Journal

Setup another dirted tank this week. Couldnt resist the urge

This tank will be for my tiger shrimp. I really like how the scape came out. This scape reminded me that low tech scapes can be just as pretty as high tech ones. Let me know what you think!

I will be posting updates to this tank periodically. I should be moving the shrimp in sometime next week.

Enjoy!

Very nice and clean look. Are you going to add some moss for the shrimp to eat/play in?

It's so beautiful and clean. It should go into an Ikea display.

Thanks, I was thinking about putting some willow moss in some of the rock space for the shrimp. Just have to order some.

After getting caught up in natural scapes and heavy stem tanks, I forget how a simple tank can still look so good. As someone else said, very elegant looking.

Thanks! Got 10 of them from elite inverts a couple months back. I have some really nice looking babies from them now as well. Some have a reddish color to their stripes

It's been said before, but I agree that tank is very clean looking! I wish I had the will power to keep things simple.
