Planaria?

I think these are planaria... just want to confirm before I start dosing fenbendazole. They are small so they are not long like I would imagine a worm to be.

How do they move? Do they slide on the glass? How are the heads shaped?

The seed shrimp aren't really harmful, but they can be bothersome to look at when they're swarming all over your glass. One thing that helped me cut down on the numbers dramatically was using a feeding dish for my shrimp. I also periodically sucked them off the glass with a turkey baster when there was a good group of them. They're slowly disappearing.
