Neon Tetra spot on it?

One of my neon Tetra's has a spot towards the back above the blue line, it like a small grey patch. Any idea what this might be? It might just be a flaw? It swims around fine and eats.

do a search on neon tetra disease. Separate him from the rest just in case.See if it progresses. i was told by the lfs that neon tetra disease is quite rare in domestically raised neons but who knows if you have a domestic or wild caught.
Have the same problem myself.
