high ph, how do I maintain?

Hi everyone, I just recently added 5 crs to my 1 year established 10g low tech neo tank. I'm using:
Fluval spray bar filer, Aquasoil, drift wood, some small seyriu stones, indian almond leaf (2 days old), small bit of DHG, dwarf sagg. and rotalla indica, mini pelia growing, 100% RO water, no co2 or ferts, usually do 2-3 week water changes +seachem replenish, but now will do 1 week changes. I'm trying to figure out why my ph is so high.

pH: 7.6, blue color scale
amonia: 0
nitrate: 0
TDS: 160

What can I do to safely lower pH for the CRS?

I know why your PH is too high, because Your stone increased it. That stone can effect your shrimp, so you should take it out
You can use IAL or peak moss ( buy it from homedepot) or Borneowild humic to low down your pH

I didnt think the stones would have that much effect on ph. I'll remove as many as I can, theres only one stone in there thats growing mini pelia on it id like to keep in

I havent gotten a test kit fo kh and gh yet. I only have API's master test kit. I was concerened about the ph as thats the only thing thats tested on the higher end of the spectrum.

how much should I wory about all the substrate stirring up and affecting the CRS after removing the stones?

It depends on your filter.

No, you should leave it. It will be ok, but keep checking parameter of your shrimp tank. I suggest you need buy eheim canister , because your filter is not strong enough
