Vallisneria Identification Help Please

I was thinking of selling some of these so I can pay for some new fish. Is it safe to list them as "Jungle Val" or should I be more specific? I don't know the exact variety. In my low light show tanks the leafs have grown over 20 inches. They have a little bit of spiral, dark green leafs and some light colored horizontal stripes. In the outdoor tank the plants are shorter with slightly narrower leafs and red tips. They are the same plant but acting different under full sun.
A few months ago I traded some of my cherry shrimp with a guy on craigslist for these vals. After planting most of them I put a few leftover plants in a small dirted tank in the back yard. They went nuts. Now I probably have thousands of plants. They have grown so think that when I pull them out they come up in a mat.
Is there anyone here who really knows there val's? I have been trying to find answers on my own but the information I am finding is either contradictory or ends with the caveat that vals are hard to tell apart because they look different under different conditions.

Without a picture, they look like Italian Vals.

I've seen "Italian Vals" being used with V. spiralis. Apparently this is corkscrew val... http://www.plantedtank.net/forums/my..._var_biwaensis

But common names are a crapshoot.

Any chance this is tiger val? Would the tiger stripes be light or dark?

Thanks y'all. After reviewing the info I think spiralis fits.
