Place for Rocks for Cheap or Free in SoFlo?

Hey,

Does anyone know any places where you can get rocks for relatively cheap, or even free? Preferably in Broward or Dade County. Or possibly somewhere along the way down towards the Keys, as I may head there to pick up some granite and stuff.

I was thinking about calling every landscaping company there is, to see if they have scrap pieces they need to get rid of. But that'd take awhile, and I'm not even sure if I would be able to find one who does that. Anyone know of a Lancaping service or something of the like that does this?

I know you can find rocks around here, especially along the beach. But those are big, bulky granite rocks. I am looking to get some flat-ish pieces.

This is for a Malawi Tank that I may be setting up for a friend. Any cheaper African Cichlids (preferably Malawian) would also be appreciated. Bulk/cheap Anubias would also be great.

BUT, this is mainly about the rocks.

Thanks!

I would but you are over 4 hours away. I can't go that far, xD.

Thank you very much for replying though!

Any nursery or landscaping place will sell you rocks, slate, wood, and other stuff.
