Here's a calculator that will help you

http://calc.petalphile.com/

I use it for my EI dosing for my 55 gallon tank, and here's what it gives me for mine

KNO3 - 2.546 grams 2-4 times a week
K2SO4 - 3.48 grams 2-4 times a week
KH2PO4 - 496 micro grams or .5 grams 2-4 times a week
MGSO4 - 10.556 grams 2-4 times a week

and I use Plantex CSM+B for my micros - 1.549 grams 2-4 times a week

But I prefer to dose dry fertilizers because it's easier to manage the exact amounts needed.

Now here's my weekly dosing regime

Mon-Weds-Fri - KNO3+K2SO4+KHSPO4= Macro's
Tues-Thurs-Sat - Plantex CSM+B= Micro's
Sun - 50% water change

I've never been clear why people don't simply dose dry. Seems like an unnecessary complication otherwise.
