I have rotated your image for you.

It appears that you have BBA on your leaves. What are your water parameters/CO2/lighting like? Do you dose any fertilizers?

BBA can generally be eliminated with good CO2 levels and a good fertilization regimen.

I am not sure how you are measuring 0.6 ppm and 0.12 ppm of GH and KH, respectively. No test kit that I know of will measure to such a low range.

You seem to have a lot of light (not sure how large your aquarium is, as you did not provide any information), but do not seem to be dosing any fertilizers (since you only have 0.2 ppm nitrates, which again, I do not know of any test kit that can measure this low), specifically macronutrients.

Your best bit would be to push up your nitrates first, and also at the same time, increase your CO2. 1-2 bubbles per second is not a very good measure of how much CO2 is actually being dissolved into y our water column; do you have a drop checker with a 4 dkH reference solution? It would help to see how much CO2 is actually in your water column.

If your nitrate test kit is accurate, and you indeed have 20 ppm of nitrates in your water (which seems strange, since you are not dosing very frequently nor do you seem to be dosing macronutrients), then it could be a CO2 issue.
