Default 2 stem plants in my tank, ID please! UPDATED - more pretty plant pics (just for fun)

Thought it was about time I knew the names of some of my favorite plants I built this tank by buying out all the trim packages in the sales room I could find and jamming it all in at once. What grew and thrived is what I kept - but I don;t know what some of them are.

the 2 stems that arrows are pointing to - one has wide leaves, the other are long thin and 'grassy' but are a true stem, not a rooted grass like a Val or even a crypt.

Here is the front view of the tank, the long leaves in the back is the thin leafed stem allowed to grow out.

Security Question
While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, John and his friend Sally both spotted a dalmatian inside of a truck with sirens. The animal with John and Sally is a _ _ _?
