I am planning on planting my 90 gallon. Dimensions are 4' long by 24 inches deep by 18 wide. What would be the best way to light this tank for low light plants? Id like about 2 wpg, not interested in doing C02. It now has 80 watts ina light strip, could I just add another. Would give me 160 watts, that enough?? Thanks for helping

Well 2 wpg would actually be closer to 180 watts. Another strip light would come close however. Do you have a canopy?

No, no canopy. Another choice would be a compact fluoresent strip light at 110 w and it would give me 190 Watts total. Think the 30 extra watts would make that much of a difference.?The cost is much more that way I think. Thanks-
