Planted Nano Tank Help


I have an Aqueon Mini Bow 1 gallon tank. I'm wondering if it's okay to make into a planted nano shrimp tank? PLEASE REPLY really need some advice on this. I am planning to put some red cherry shrimp in it, and if so how many can I put in? Thank you for taking your tim to read this.

1g is a tiny tank... but why not.
You do need to cycle your tank (look up 'fishless cycle') before adding any shrimp/fish in. You can and should add plants from the get go. I personally would use a Marino ball, some moss, some small plants. Look up 'chola wood' - it will be liked by your shrimp also.

Once the tank is cycled, I would add about 5 cherry shrimp. When they start breeding I would sell/give away the babies once they grow up a bit.
