Question

rams horn snails dying and no babies hatching =[

they are in my 120G tank with some neon tetras, red minor tetras, some ottos, cory cats, and 3 bolivian rams...

what might be killing them?
the rams??

and it doesnt seem like there eggs are hatching, the are probably 30 egg pods on the back and one side glass... thats not counting the 7 pods i can count on 1 stem

Could be. My peppered corydoras have been caught with snails in their mouths as well. When the fish were out of the tank after a big rescape there were snails all over the place and they vanished when the fish went back in. Afraid of the fish I suspect.

Have you ever treated your tank with copper? Is there anything in it that may have a copper residue? Your GH and KH levels may be low as well.

have you used anything that might have had a copper residue or perhaps bought a new plant - some plants are grown with chemicals that can harm invertebrates.
