Not an algae but a plant, Utricularia Gibba. Actually a carnivorous plant. But do worry it only eats mirco. bugs. lol

The heck you say, I thought so too, as looks to far advanced for an Algae species.

I find that U. gibba to be rather invasive; you may want to remove it before it starts getting tangled in everything.

But, but... It looks best floating on top of a nano. Invasive? Worse then java moss imho.
I'll take that back. It's on par with duckweed.
